Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to CassiAssist, a private YouTube analytics and AI strategy workspace operated by Demand Orbit LLC. By accessing CassiAssist, you agree to use it only as authorized.

Authorized Use

CassiAssist is invite-only. You may use CassiAssist only if Demand Orbit has authorized your access or if you are acting on behalf of an authorized channel owner or partner. You may not attempt to access accounts, channels, reports, or data that you are not authorized to view.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your CassiAssist account. Keep your credentials secure, use accurate login information, and notify Demand Orbit if you believe access has been misused.

YouTube Channel Access

You may connect a YouTube channel only if you have the right to authorize CassiAssist to access that channel's analytics and reporting data. CassiAssist uses Google and YouTube APIs to retrieve authorized data and is subject to applicable Google and YouTube API terms and policies.

AI Strategy Output

CassiAssist provides AI-assisted strategy recommendations. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular business decision. Users are responsible for reviewing recommendations before using them in channel planning, publishing decisions, client communications, or business strategy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse CassiAssist, interfere with service operation, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Upload, submit, or request content that violates law or infringes another party's rights.
• Use CassiAssist to harvest, resell, or expose private channel data outside authorized partner work.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
• Use CassiAssist in a way that violates Google, YouTube, AI provider, or other third-party service terms.

Third-Party Services

CassiAssist depends on third-party services, including Google and YouTube APIs, AI providers, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Demand Orbit is not responsible for outages, policy changes, rate limits, errors, or changes made by those third-party services.

Service Changes

Demand Orbit may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue CassiAssist features as needed for security, reliability, business operations, partner requirements, or third-party platform changes.

No Warranty

CassiAssist is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand Orbit disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand Orbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of CassiAssist.

Termination

Demand Orbit may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates security risk, misuses connected data, or no longer has an authorized relationship with Demand Orbit or a connected channel.

Changes

Demand Orbit may update these Terms as CassiAssist changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
