CassiAssist is a private YouTube analytics and AI strategy workspace operated by Demand Orbit LLC. This policy explains what information CassiAssist handles, why it is used, and how it is shared.

Who Uses CassiAssist

CassiAssist is not a public signup product. Access is provided to authorized Demand Orbit partners, channel owners, and internal operators who manage connected YouTube channels.

Information We Collect Or Process

CassiAssist may collect or process the following information:

• Account information for authorized CassiAssist users, such as login name, display name, and session data.
• Connected YouTube channel identifiers, channel names, handles, and OAuth authorization status.
• YouTube analytics, reporting, traffic source, search, video metadata, and performance data for connected channels.
• AI strategy inputs, saved channel context, report configurations, generated AI responses, and response history.
• Technical logs needed to secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Connect authorized YouTube channels and retrieve reporting data requested by the channel owner or operator.
• Display YouTube performance reports inside CassiAssist.
• Generate AI-assisted content strategy recommendations for connected channels.
• Maintain account access, security controls, auditability, usage tracking, and operational reliability.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the CassiAssist experience.

Google And YouTube API Data

CassiAssist uses Google and YouTube APIs only after an authorized user connects a YouTube channel through Google's OAuth consent flow. CassiAssist requests access so it can retrieve YouTube analytics and reporting data for that connected channel.

CassiAssist's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CassiAssist also operates with respect to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and related YouTube API policies.

AI Providers

CassiAssist may send selected report data, saved channel context, and strategy goals to configured AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude in order to generate strategy recommendations. CassiAssist does not sell this data and does not intentionally send YouTube OAuth tokens to AI providers.

CassiAssist does not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, retargeting, selling to data brokers, providing data to information resellers, credit or lending decisions, unrelated user profiling, or training AI models. Transfers to AI providers are limited to the data needed to provide the requested CassiAssist strategy features and are not made for the AI provider's independent advertising, profiling, or model-training purposes.

How We Share Information

We may share information only as needed to operate CassiAssist:

• With Google and YouTube APIs to authenticate connected channels and retrieve authorized reporting data.
• With configured AI providers to generate requested strategy recommendations.
• With hosting, infrastructure, database, security, and operational service providers.
• When required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect the service, or prevent abuse.

We do not sell CassiAssist user data.

Data Retention And Deletion

CassiAssist keeps connected channel data, report history, AI strategy history, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, support partner workflows, maintain auditability, and meet legal or security needs. Authorized users may request that Demand Orbit disconnect a YouTube channel or delete data associated with their access where deletion is practical and legally permitted.

Security

CassiAssist uses access controls, session management, OAuth token storage, operational logging, and restricted administrative access to help protect connected channel data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but CassiAssist is designed as a private workspace rather than a public data portal.

Your Choices

Authorized channel owners may revoke CassiAssist access through their Google Account permissions or by asking Demand Orbit to disconnect the channel. Revoking access may prevent CassiAssist from retrieving fresh YouTube reporting data.

Changes

Demand Orbit may update this Privacy Policy as CassiAssist changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
